Avoid prolonged heat, hot cars or extended direct sun exposure to help protect the bag’s shape. Slight surface variations are normal and make each bag uniquely yours. If the bag starts to look slightly deformed after being exposed to too much heat, run it under hot water and gently reform the shape.
