Where do you ship?

We currently ship within New Zealand from Auckland. For delivery timeframes and returns information, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

How long will my order take?

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery timeframes vary depending on your location. You’ll receive tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as possible at orders@andsunday.com. We’ll do our best to help, but once an order has been packed or collected by the courier, we may not be able to make changes.

Do you accept returns?

We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible so we can help. For full details, please see our Shipping & Returns page.

Are your pools suitable for children?

Our paddling pools are designed for family use, but children must be actively supervised by a responsible adult at all times when in or around water. Please read our Safety page before using any pool or inflatable product.

Are your inflatable products lifesaving devices?

No. Our inflatables are not lifesaving devices and should never be used as a substitute for swimming ability, flotation aids or active adult supervision.

Do your inflatable products come with repair patches?

Most of our inflatable products include a repair patch. Please check your product packaging and keep the repair patch somewhere safe in case you need it later.

How do I care for my inflatables?

Use your inflatables on smooth, clean surfaces and keep them away from sharp objects, rough ground, pets, heat and flames. After use, rinse off saltwater or chlorine, allow to dry fully, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

How do I clean my Sun Day Tote?

Simply wipe it down with a damp cloth. For marks or spills, use mild soapy water and gently wipe clean. Avoid harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaning tools or leaving the tote in extreme heat for long periods.

Can Platterbox be used for hot and cold food?

Yes. Platterbox is designed to help transport and serve food on the go. The stainless steel tray can be used for hot food, then placed into the insulated box. It can also help keep cold food cool when used with ice packs. Always follow the care and use instructions supplied with your Platterbox.

How do I fill my Pillow Bag?

Our Daydreamer Pillow Bags are sold as covers only and require bean fill. For instructions, please see our Pillow Bag Guide.
